At Lemon Park, we want your home to feel perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale accents are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
